Ingredients of Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. It's 500 g of Minced Beef.
  2. It's 325 g of Tomatos.
  3. You need 100 g of Mushrooms (Chopped).
  4. It's 100 g of Onion (Chopped).
  5. Prepare Pinch of Salt and Pepper.
  6. It's 125 g of Spaghetti.
  7. You need of Olive Oil.
  8. Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Garlic.
  9. You need 1 Teaspoon of Chili Flakes.
  10. Prepare 15 g of chopped Parsley.

Spaghetti Bolognese step by step

  1. Bring water to boil with olive oil and salt, add spaghetti once boiling.
  2. While your water is boiling, Take your chopped tomato and add them to a bowl. Add a pinch of Salt and Pepper and mix with a fork until they become a pureé..
  3. Add olive oil to large pan and turn to medium-high heat. Once up to heat add your chopped Mushrooms and Onions, alongside a ½ Tablespoon of garlic.
  4. Once the vegetables are cooked add the minced beef. Continue to mix until the meat is cooked.
  5. Add your tomato pureé and continue to mix well, once completed mixed together turn down hear to low.
  6. Take a medium sized frying pan and add olive oil and garlic COLD into the pan. Once they are both added turn to medium-high heat.
  7. Once the garlic sizzles add chili and chopped parsley once the garlic wilts add your pasta, add some of the pasta water to the pan as well..
  8. Cook quickly and add your serving of Bolognese mix together and serve.

This is perhaps the best spaghetti bolognese recipe you'll ever have. One pot wonder that will leave you wishing you had doubled the recipe. Serve with garlic bread and crunchy salad for the ultimate weeknight meal. This sauce is ideal for spaghetti, but can be used with any kind of pasta - great for Lasagna as well.
